Ye Leyao nodded, about to join him when suddenly, Huo Yan reached out and grabbed his arm. “Wait.”

Huo Yan glanced at Qin Yao, his tone displeased. “I need to talk to you. If you want to help, go by yourself.”

With that, he headed into the kitchen.
