3-3 Ghostly Slaughter
3-3 Ghostly Slaughter
The Destroyer | The robot looked at the fragments of Earth, resonating mentally with a man wearing a monocle. The man wore the monocle on his right side, with several upright feathers on the right side, belonging to the Thunderbird. "Those people on Earth..." "It's Mo Bei, Chen Wenwu, Xing Han, and Shenlong." "Okay, by the way, recently, about Aphrodite... the unified teaching should be put on the agenda as soon as possible." "Okay, do you want to arm wrestle with me (a way to compete in mental strength)?" "Sure." After the arm wrestle, he called out: "Shadow..." His shadow immediately coalesced into a human shape: "What is it? Lord Blore?" Blore replied: "I might have to trouble you a little... my good shadow." Then, he looked at Tianxing.
Youluxing|Mobei walked across the shadowy lawn, picking whatever looked edible. He came to a lake.
Light shimmered through the gaps in the clouds, shimmering like scales, and beneath the ancient trees, sparse shadows overlapped. Schools of fish raced in the lake, amidst the shadows of duckweed and green algae. Three groups of fish, intentionally or unintentionally, moved towards the shadows above. They traversed the debris, devoured insects, and navigated the pathways. The green algae collapsed, scattered, and burned, leaving behind dead fish and other creatures in the dark corners. Then, they died on the duckweed, except for the crimson-gold fish, struggling on the orbit shaped by the stars. Then, the duckweed was broken, and the fish lay on it, scattering light. For a moment, time stood still. Finally, the fish died. Mo Bei witnessed the whole thing, carefully picked up the fish, and gently stroked its golden scales, which still reflected a faint red light. A trace of sadness, unnoticed even by himself, flashed in Mo Bei's eyes before he buried it in the earth.
Ahead lay a city, and Mo Bei approached. The city gate bore the inscription: Cheming Lake City, with several guards standing guard. As Mo Bei walked, he surveyed the city: it was surrounded by high walls, entirely constructed of stone bricks. The carvings on the walls depicted human figures with halos behind them. Occasionally, a few people could be seen walking around at the very top. Below the walls was a moat, connected only by a wooden bridge at the city gate (What era is this? Still so retro?).
Mo Bei stepped onto the wooden bridge, which creaked and groaned, clearly a veteran. Wearing a grass skirt, Mo Bei was about to enter the city when the guards stopped him. "Show me your spiritual power," one of the guards said, blocking his way with his gun. Mo Bei was puzzled. He thought for a moment, "Hmm... what's spiritual power? Is it this?" He pointed to his grass skirt. The guard pressed the gun to his neck: "You have a problem. The city lord said anyone without spiritual power has a problem." Mo Bei replied, "Isn't this what I have?" He pointed to his grass skirt again. Seeing this, the other guard thought he might be a fool and patiently explained, "Spiritual power is something everyone has." He then demonstrated it for him. Mo Bei saw it and replied, "Oh, you should have said so earlier." He revealed his Thunder Flame. The two guards were speechless, especially the one who had taught him: "Are you really treating me like an idiot?" They let him pass. The two guards approached a woman: "Lord Jian Chenxin, someone has tricked us..." and explained the situation. Jian Chenxin decided to personally guard the city next time to avoid such a waste of time.
The city is home to all sorts of people. Mo Bei walked down the street and saw a notice that read: "Tian Yin Xianke left his hometown (? Material plagiarism will be penalized), and came to this place to use his powerful biotechnology to benefit the people." Below are the rules.
The city's bottom line: 1. Outsiders without spiritual power are prohibited from entering, or anyone suspected of being suspicious. Anyone who crosses either of these two bottom lines will be immediately executed without question.
2. Peaceful development, no fighting.
3. Reverence for deities is permissible, but disrespect must be maintained.
4. It is forbidden to spread news that is detrimental to the city or the city lord.
5. For legal details, please refer to the Lessenko Code.
Mo Bei had read it, and although he didn't understand its meaning, he had a general idea. He was walking down the street when it suddenly started raining. The raindrops pelted him, a little annoying, but the air smelled better. He immediately found a roof to take shelter from the rain, but since it belonged to someone else, he was kicked out. For the first time, he had the thought of needing a place to take shelter from the rain, and then the Divine Lord Realm appeared. He looked at this space, wondering if he could go inside to take shelter from the rain. The next second, Mo Bei's consciousness entered.
Mo Bei walked through this desolate space, the ground covered in grass, with a large screen above displaying the outside world. Mo Bei thought it was quite nice; staying here didn't feel tiring.
Suddenly, there was a commotion in the bushes. Mo Bei, fearing it was the two dragons from before, conjured lightning flames in his hands. But upon closer inspection, he found it was a rabbit; the lightning flames dispersed and returned to his body.
Mo Bei picked up the rabbit. The rabbit was very well-behaved, neither running away nor making a fuss, as if it knew that Mo Bei was its owner.
