Lu Jihan carried Song Yinyin straight up to the second floor. Once inside the master bedroom, he kicked the door shut with his foot.Bam—
The door closed with a thud.
Seeing this, Song Yinyin began to struggle frantically.
"Lu Jihan, you liar, bastard! Let me down! What right do you have to stop me? I’m not something you bought..."
Before she could finish speaking, Lu Jihan directly carried her to the two-meter-wide bed and tossed her onto it.
"Ouch—"
Song Yinyin landed on the bed, her head hitting the edge of the mattress, and she cried out in pain as stars danced before her eyes.
"Mmm..." Tears streamed from her eyes from the pain.
"What’s wrong?"
She pressed her lips together, stubbornly refusing to speak, yet instinctively raised a hand to touch the back of her head, discovering a small bump had already formed.
Curling up on the bed, Song Yinyin sucked in chilly breaths from the pain, growing angrier the more she thought, cursing Lu Jihan up and down in her mind.
Before she could catch her breath, Lu Jihan pressed down on her, his large hands clasping her delicate wrists, pulling them to her ears.
"Why didn’t you answer my calls?" he demanded angrily, his face full of rage, his gaze on her like it was spitting fire.
Song Yinyin felt all her blood rush to her head in an instant.
Her face flushed with anger, yet she let out a laugh: "Lu Jihan, you’ve been lying to me all along! You’ve been poisoned by the Blood Curse, and you’re just using me as an antidote, aren’t you? No wonder when I asked you why you wanted to marry me, this is the real reason!"
Her body trembled with rage, unwilling to stay with him for even a minute.
She struggled desperately, unable to free her hands, so she kicked with all her might, but Lu Jihan trapped her tightly with his strong, long legs, making it impossible for her to move.
"You heard everything?" he asked, frowning.
Song Yinyin spat: "I didn’t just hear it; someone told me, and they have solid proof!"
"Who told you?"
His face grew even colder. If someone knew his secret, it meant they had investigated him, and their intentions were surely not pure.
He held back his temper, his lips pressed tightly, and asked again, "Tell me, who told you?!"
"Why should I tell you? You’re a big liar; I won’t believe a word you say anymore! I’m going to take our son and leave you!"
She said angrily, her pretty face turning bright red.
Hearing her say she wanted to leave him, Lu Jihan panicked too.
The next second, he quickly pressed down, sealing her lips before she could continue to scold him.
"Lu... mmm..." Song Yinyin widened her eyes, incredulous that he still had the mind to kiss her when she was so furious?
She struggled like a cat whose fur was all standing on end, clawing and flailing.
But Lu Jihan seemed to know she would resist; he was too familiar with her temper, even knowing how she would retaliate, so he kissed her even harder.
His tall, long frame pinned her down tightly, and his dragon tongue took the opportunity when she stuck her tongue out, wrapping around it sharply, then sucking forcefully, relentlessly entangling her, giving her no time to resist...
If it were before, she might have surrendered by now; his kissing skills were exceptional, and no time had she been able to withstand them.
But this time was different. What she hated the most was being deceived and kept in the dark.
